Everyone has a mentor or someone who impacts you during your life in a major way. My mentor rode off into the sunset many moons ago. He started me cartooning and still remains a part of my life. Dick Gately aka Father "T" was my mentor but more importantly he was a true friend. Dick G....Thanks and RIP.

Last week, Lin and I got a chance to meet with world-renowned custom bike builder and artist Shinya Kimura and his lovely companion Ayu at their shop in Azsua, CA. Both are a class act and fun to be with...just nice down-to-earth folks. His motorcycles are simply astounding.
